Hello, Dear Readers. and welcome back after my - slightly longer than expected - seasonal hiatus. I hope everyone had a wonderful festive time and New Year, and that January hasn't frozen the socks off you.

Today I bring you another delightful podcast produced by the Royal Literary Fund - a compilation of best writing advice featuring yours truly among a company of other distinguished writers. I'm on there from around 1:19 but the whole podcast is inspiring and intriguing. I hope you enjoy listening to it as much as I enjoyed rambling on for it!

As always, if you have questions or comments, please pop them below, or on Twitter or Facebook, and I will respond. Good writing and Godspeed!

If you're looking for a solid mental reset during your coffee break, beads out is a must-play. I stumbled upon this site recently and was impressed by the smooth UI and the creative mechanics. It’s a perfect example of how web-based puzzles are evolving. Bookmark this one for your next session!

low quality image processing happens securely inside your local browser with this tool, meaning zero data collection. Whether you need an intentionally terrible photo for a joke or just ruthless compression for SEO, it works flawlessly on any device.

What I really like about this ai video to video solution is the "object erase" feature combined with the style transfer. I can remove a distracting person from the background and then transform the whole clip into a sketch style. It turns a messy, unusable video into a clean piece of art in just a few minutes.

What I really enjoy about Dreamy Room is how it turns simple organizing into a calm and thoughtful experience. Placing each object in the right spot feels meaningful rather than mechanical, and as the room slowly comes together, it creates a cozy atmosphere that makes you want to take your time instead of rushing through the level.
